We are Now PANDA COMPANY
The company behind PandaGuarantee, PandaDeposit and PandaRenters now operates as PANDA COMPANY, with a new website at PandaCompany.com. It is the same company, with the same ownership and the same team. Only the name and the look are new. We started with one product, PandaGuarantee. We now offer three, with more coming. Panda Company is the parent company name for all of them.

Three products
PandaGuarantee is a surety bond that guarantees a renter's lease. Coverage can include unpaid rent, with four months of holdover coverage. It is free to landlords, and claims are paid in 3 business days.
PandaDeposit replaces the cash security deposit. Eligible renters pay a smaller, non-refundable fee instead of placing a full cash deposit, while owners receive insurance-backed coverage for eligible damages and lease charges.Less deposit administration and reconciliation. Easy compliance.
PandaRenters is renters insurance. Renters get a policy covering their belongings, their living expenses, and their liability — while owners get a building full of insured residents.
All three are available now, through one underwriting team and one claims process.
Inside the systems landlords already use
PandaGuarantee is integrated with Rent Manager, so property managers can offer it from inside their existing workflow. An integration with Yardi is in development.
For current partners
Existing policies, bonds and agreements continue on their current terms. Contacts, phone numbers and the claims process stay the same. PandaGuarantee.com remains live as the home of our guarantor service.
The new identity
The logo is a serif wordmark, PANDA, with COMPANY in small capitals beneath it. The primary color is Bamboo, a dark green, on light grey.
